Snags in dryer

Bought these a few years and loved them. Then I started to see snagging and pulling of the threads after drying. I thought it maybe my undergarments snagging it. I moved and thus the washer and dryer brand changed. I don’t wash bras or anything with hooks with these cloths. Every wash is full of snags. I have photos of this. Customer service told me to cut off the snags and not loop them back into the fabric. It’s so bad I’m about ready to throw 4 towels away. Won’t buy them again even though they were my favorite towels for a few years. Now they look horrible. I just spend another 20 minutes cutting more loose threads did because of snags.

Thank you for reaching out and providing your feedback! We recommend washing your waffle weave cloths with other Maker's Clean products only, to ensure they won't snag in the wash. Thread pulls are considered normal wear and tear, especially with the Waffle Weave Cloths that are commonly used to dry dishes could come in contact with sharp edges. I hope that helps to clarify!

My waffle towel is gold

The huge waffle towel that came with my bundle is the gold standard of any cleaning product I have used in my 70+ years. I am washing dishes so I can dry them. Sorry dishwasher. Btw, the scrubby dish cloths might even run equal to the waffle weaves. I need more waffle weaves, any ETA for new stock?

There is nothing that I don’t love about these. The big size is great. They dry dishes to a spotless shine in a flash. Please please get more in the slate gray! And keep up the great work with your products.
